Electrical panel replacement $1,000, where the new panel must carry circuits dedicated to a Level 2 EV charger, heat pump water heater, heat pump HVAC, induction cooktop, and heat pump clothes dryer, plus a 240 volt plug installed in or near the garage if one is not already present; this rebate may be applied to labor and material costs. All three measures together reach $1,800. A City of Roseville final building permit is required on every measure. Rebates cannot exceed the total cost of the project or purchase, including any incentives received from other entities. Applications must be submitted or postmarked no later than 90 days from the purchase or installation date. Applications are processed first-come, first-served until funds are depleted. Rebates greater than $600 are reported to the IRS on form 1099 unless the customer is exempt, which the $1,000 panel rebate exceeds on its own.
