PG&E Pre-Owned EV
Standard: $1,000 for the purchase or lease of a pre-owned EV (battery of 8 kWh or more, purchase price at least $1,000). Rebate Plus: $4,000 based on household income (purchase price at least $4,000). Apply within 90 days of purchase or lease; vehicle stays registered to the applicant in California for 20 months; one rebate per applicant and at most three per household for the life of the program; cannot be combined with the SCE or SDG&E pre-owned EV rebates or the California Clean Fuel Reward for the same vehicle. A complete Standard application must be submitted by 2026-11-11; from 2026-11-12 only income-qualified (Rebate Plus) customers are eligible.

Apply online at evrebates.pge.com. Provide proof of vehicle purchase/lease and vehicle registration. Income-qualified customers must submit income verification.
