- Rebates for electric vehicles, chargers, and EV readiness (electrical work related to charger installation). - EV purchase or lease: Rebates from $2,000 to $4,000 for new BEVs, and $1,000 to $3,000 for used BEVs, with higher amounts for income-qualified residents; PHEV rebates available for income-qualified applicants only. - Level 2 Charger Purchase: $400 rebate (up to $700 for income-qualified) for new, WIFI enabled, UL Listed Level 2 EVSE (240-volt). - EV Readiness: Rebates up to $2,000 (up to $4,000 for income-qualified) for electrical work related to EVSE installation, including panel upgrades, wiring, and other related costs.

Standard rate customers are NOT eligible. Tier 1 (201-400% FPL): $500. Tier 2 (<=200% FPL): $1,500.
