- Rebates for residential battery systems installed on or after January 1, 2024. - Standard rebate of $300 per kWh for current Solar Billing Plan customers. - Increased rebate of $500 per kWh for CARE, FERA, and Medical Baseline customers, and those switching from Net Energy Metering to the Solar Billing Plan. - Battery must be programmed to discharge at least 50% of its capacity daily during peak hours (4 PM to 9 PM PT). - Participants must enroll in load-shift tracking with Texture.
