Homeowner Tasks

Collect and save the final invoice or closing documents for the new manufactured home.
- Submit the rebate application
Complete the application form and provide your proof of purchase to PSE.
Contractor Tasks
- Provide proof of purchase
Supply the homebuyer with a clear invoice or sales contract detailing the purchase of the new manufactured home.
- Verify ENERGY STAR certification
Ensure the manufactured home is built to ENERGY STAR specifications and provide the corresponding certification to the buyer.
