Homeowner Tasks

  • Purchase a qualifying manufactured home

Ensure the new manufactured home is either Tier 1 ENERGY STAR or NEEM+ certified.

  • Provide the Purchase Agreement

Obtain and prepare a copy of the final purchase agreement to submit with your application.

  • Provide the NEEM Certificate

Include the NEEM Certificate in your application to verify the home's energy efficiency tier.

Contractor Tasks

  • Provide the NEEM Certificate

Supply the homeowner with the official NEEM Certificate for their new Tier 1 ENERGY STAR or NEEM+ home.

  • Supply the Purchase Agreement

Provide a clear, fully executed purchase agreement to the homeowner for their rebate claim.

  • Submit the rebate application

If submitting on behalf of the customer, file the claim online, via mail, or via email with all required documentation attached.

Rebate claims must include both the NEEM Certificate and the Purchase Agreement to be successfully processed.
