This incentive is for Pacific Power (WA) residential customers installing qualifying solar and battery storage systems, offering $600 per kW up to $3,000 per battery. Participants must enroll in the Wattsmart Battery Program, which automatically manages the battery during peak demand to support the grid.

Homeowner Tasks

  • Confirm Pacific Power residential account with an existing or new solar setup

    You must be an active Pacific Power residential customer with solar to qualify.

  • Complete program pre-enrollment

    Pre-enrollment is required before proceeding with the battery installation.

  • Enroll in the Wattsmart Battery Program

    Agree to allow the program to automatically manage your battery during peak demand times.

Contractor Tasks

  • Select an approved battery system

    Ensure the installed battery is on the Pacific Power approved qualified products list.

  • Install and commission the system

    Ensure all equipment is fully installed, integrated with the solar system, and operational.

  • Submit the online application

    Process the application through the Pacific Power Traksmart portal after verifying the system is operational.
