This rebate provides $2,200 to $2,500 from Benton PUD for decommissioning a pre-1976 manufactured home and replacing it with a new, energy-efficient NEEM-certified home. The replacement home must be electrically heated to qualify.
Homeowner Tasks

Confirm the manufactured home being replaced was built prior to 1976.
- Select a qualifying replacement home
Ensure the new replacement manufactured home is electrically heated and NEEM certified.
Contractor Tasks
- Decommission the old home
Ensure the pre-1976 manufactured home is properly decommissioned.
- Submit the application
Submit the completed rebate application within six months of the replacement.
- Provide required documentation
Submit the Manufactured Home Replacement Documentation Form along with the application.
