- Verify property type
Ensure your property is a single-family or multi-family residential home, as commercial properties are not eligible.
- Complete the rebate application
Fill out and sign your portion of the CNGC rebate application form.
Contractor Tasks
- Maintain Washington contractor license
You must hold an active contractor license in the state of Washington to perform this installation.
- Install qualifying equipment
Install a high-efficiency condensing gas boiler that achieves a minimum AFUE rating of 95%.
- Provide a detailed invoice
Supply an itemized invoice detailing the equipment installed, installation date, and associated costs.
